Exhibitors Information

FLANC is proud to present our 52nd Annual Fall Conference!  Since 1967, FLANC has been inspiring world language education in North Carolina.   For 2018, we are excited to bring back to Durham, NC our premiere conference where 600-800 world language professionals come together.  With over 120 education sessions, workshops and webinars, FLANC strives to meet our mission of promoting opportunities for students to learn competence in a world language; providing leadership and support for those committed to language learning; to coordinate efforts to make language learning excellence a reality.

As part of our continued efforts towards our mission, we encourage vendors with a strong passion for supporting language education to join us at our Fall Conference as an exhibitor.  We provide access to North Carolina's largest gathering of world language educators, coordinators and administrators from all levels of education.  70%+ of our attendees are passionate and dedicated language educators across all levels.  Our 2-day conference allows exhibitors interactive access throughout the conference.
Join us for FLANC 2018!


FLANC offers for our exhibitors a 10x10 draped, booth (single) with a table and 2 chairs.  We do ask for limited height articles (taller than 3') close to the walk-way isles as a courtesy to all of our exhibitors.  Box lunch is provided for our exhibitors Saturday.

Exhibitors may start setting up 2:00 pm Thursday afternoon.
We do require all exhibitors to be setup no later than 8:00 am Friday morning.

The Exhibition Hall will open 8:00 am Friday and Saturday.
The Hall closes 5:00 Friday (before our famous FLANC Raffle) and closes Saturday at 3:00 pm for breakdowns.

Please note, the FLANC Raffle will be conducted in the Exhibition Hall starting 5:30.
Exhibitors are not requested to remain, but are welcome to stay and even donate to the Raffle in support of FLANC Scholarships.
70% of our members participate in our annual raffle event.

Rental fees for 2018:

Single booth (10x10) = $399
Double booth (20x10) = $699
Triple booth (30x10) = $999
4 or more (40x10) = $1,199

Electrical services will be an additional $75.  WiFi is provided in the Exhibition Hall.  Deadline to register for space is 10/1/2018.

Promotional Opportunities

FLANC is pleased to offer our exhibitors special promotional options that allow additional access and awareness during the conference.

- Mobile App Banner Ads (visible to all members that use our Cvent mobile app during the conference)
  • Banner Ad: $250 (limited to five Ads)
- Digital conference program Ads (new for 2018).  FLANC is going GREEN and offering a fully digital program.  All Ads place within the digital conference program will be full color!  All ad options are based on an 8 1/2 x 11 page setup.  Artwork to be provided by 9/20 in jpg, pdf or gif format.
  • Full page Ad: $125
  • 1/2 page Ad: $100
  • 1/4 page Ad: $50
- Conference bag inclusion items - as each member receives a conference tote for use during the conference, exhibitors can provide items and or marketing material to include in each bag.
  • Single item inclusion: $50

FLANC is pleased to share that special rates have been set for the Fall Conference.  Returning to the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Conference Center - Durham, all FLANC guests will be able to reserve a room for $125/night (+taxes).  Please mention FLANC 2018 Conference when booking rooms via phone (919) 941-5050.  Room block in place until 9/20/18.  We did sell out last year - book early!

Exhibition Services

FLANC is proud to share that for 2018, we have once again partnered with Southern Exhibition Services for all our our exhibitor servicing onsite.  You will receive a full Exhibition Packet after registering to include shipping instructions to the conference as well as return shipping afterwards.  SES will be onsite to assist with your needs.  If you have any specific or special needs prior to the conference, feel free to call them directly at 800-882-7469 and ask for Aimee.

Hall Layout

Below is the projected hall layout.  Exhibitors will have the opportunity to choose a booth location as available.  We will be updating the layout as spaces become reserved.  We sold out of booth space in 2016 and 2017!  Reserve space early.
FLANC reserves the right to assign all spaces and change layout.
