We are pleased to bring back once again in 2018 our Week of FLANC webinars.  Starting Monday, October 15, we will offer, to all attendees, webinars that you can join from the luxury of your home.  The webinar schedule is available below. All webinars begin at 8:30pm.
An attendance form will be provided for all webinar attendees that can be used as part of CEU license requirements.

As North Carolina continues to move forward with using edTPA as the state-level benchmark assessment for teacher preparation programs and connected to licensure, it is important for current educators to understand edTPA, its parameters, and how it impacts teacher preparation in World Languages, TESL, and DL/I. The webinar will focus on explaining edTPA, its three portions focused on planning, delivering instruction, and assessments.

Learn more about how the revised NCSSFL-ACTFL Can-Do Statements and the new Can-Do Statements for Intercultural Communication are important tools in implementing our proficiency-based state standards, the North Carolina World Language Essential Standards, to create a blueprint for effective language learning.
