Our 56th FLANC Fall Conference in 2022 remains a premiere professional education conference dedicated to world language and dual language/ immersion educators and administrators in North Carolina. The conference draws K-12 teachers/administrators, community college instructors and college/university faculty.
The 2022 FLANC Fall Conference will be held in-person!!!
Where: Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Durham, NC
When: October 8-9, 2022
Exhibitor Setup: Friday. October 7, 2022
The exhibitor and general session area are combined this fall in the Imperial Convention Center. All gathering functions will take place here and allow us some unique interactions. Our Scavenger Hunt will continue to provide an opportunity for our attendees to engage with you at your booths as they look for the clues to compete for bragging rights and prizes. All breaks and general events will take place in this space as well. This will be a multi-functional space for vendors and attendees.
Some things to consider as you sign up for this year's event:
NEW: The first 20 exhibitors to sign up will have first refusal at providing a mini-demonstration in the multi-functional space during the concurrent rounds. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your product. Exhibitors that have already submitted a sponsored session proposal will be contacted separately regarding the acceptance of that proposal.
NEW: Consider providing Amazon Gift Cards in $25, $50 or $100 amounts for Scavenger Hunt prizes.
NEW: Consider providing a gift basket/bundle for the FLANC Raffle which provides Beginning Teacher Scholarship Funds for the conference. This basket/bundle might contain product/service/swag items relevant to your company or location.

Exhibitor Fees for the 2022 Fall Conference are as follows:
1 Regular Exhibitor Booth $450.00
2 Regular Exhibitor Booths $775. 00
Non-Profit Group/School $275.00
Allied Group Tables $125.00
FLANC reserves the right to assign booth spaces per Sponsor and in order of registration. See Exhibitor Layout image below for Booth Space preferences. Each pipe and draped Exhibitor Booth is 8x10. Southern Exhibition Services (SES) is providing our exhibitor set up in 2022. Exhibitor packets will be available to all registered exhibitors beginning in early June, 2022.

As part of our commitment to the safety at the 2022 FLANC Fall Conference at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Durham, NC, the FLANC Board will continue to monitor the latest recommended Covid 19 protocols and requirements as required at the state level and Orange County where the conference hotel is located. Updates will be provided to the exhibitor representatives closer to conference dates.
