Fall 2023 Exhibitor Registration
Our 57th FLANC Fall Conference in 2023 remains a premiere professional education conference dedicated to world language and dual language/ immersion educators and administrators in North Carolina. The conference draws K-12 teachers/administrators, community college instructors and college/university faculty.

Where: Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, NC
When: October 7-8, 2023
Exhibitor Setup: Friday. October 6, 2023
The exhibitor and general session area are combined this fall in the Piedmont 4 at the Benton Convention Center. All gathering functions will take place here and allow us some unique interactions. Our Scavenger Hunt will continue to provide an opportunity for our attendees to engage with you at your booths as they look for the clues to compete for bragging rights and prizes. All breaks and general events will take place in this space as well. This will be a multi-functional space for vendors and attendees.
Some things to consider as you sign up for this year's event:
The first 20 exhibitors to sign up will have first refusal at providing a mini-demonstration in the multi-functional space during the concurrent rounds. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your product. Exhibitors that have already submitted a sponsored session proposal will be contacted separately regarding the acceptance of that proposal.
Consider providing Amazon Gift Cards in $25, $50 or $100 amounts for Scavenger Hunt prizes which you can indicate on the registration.
Consider providing a gift basket/bundle for the FLANC Raffle which provides Beginning Teacher Scholarship Funds for the conference. This basket/bundle might contain product/service/swag items relevant to your company or location.

Exhibitor Fees for the 2023 Fall Conference are as follows:
1 Regular Exhibitor Booth $550.00
2 Regular Exhibitor Booths $950. 00
3 Regular Exhibitor Booths $1,250.00
Non-Profit Group/School $350.00
Allied Group Tables $125.00
Exhibitor Booth registration allows for up to 2 representatives. Exhibitor can add up to 2 additional representatives at additional $150 each. All representatives will pick up their conference badge information at set up on Friday, October 6.
Table top registration does not include representative. Table representatives will need to register at applicable registration rate for the conference.
FLANC reserves the right to assign booth spaces per Sponsor and in order of registration. See Exhibitor Layout image below for Booth Space preferences. Each pipe and draped Exhibitor Booth is 8x10. Hollins Exhibition Services is providing our exhibitor set up in 2023. Exhibitor packets will be available to all registered exhibitors beginning in early June, 2023. Note: All shipments by exhibitors for their booths must be coordinated through Hollins. FLANC nor Hollins can guarantee items will be placed in booths on October 6 or picked up at end of conference on October 8 if shipped directly to conference hotels. The hotels do not have storage space to accept shipments or hold for pickup by other carriers.
